The repairs to the Lake House are coming along.

At a meeting in Berlin last week, historic denkmal architect Mr Pothoff presented his detailed plans for the renovations.

Mechanical engineer Mr Duba also presented his plans updating the heating, electric, plumbing, and telephone/ internet systems.

A tender package is now being submitted to various contractors. We look forward to work starting soon.
